Online media sales/account manager - Mousetrap Media Ltd - England: <div class="jobbody"> <p>Expanding Brighton-based online publisher seeks online sales/marketing manager to sell display/directory space and other products/services on its market-leading news and recruitment site for journalists, Journalism.co.uk.<br><br>The job will suit a bright, web-literate and keen graduate, ideally with some sales experience, but we are equally interested in people who will be graduating in May/June this year.<br><br>The job is roughly 60 per cent account handling (dealing with existing advertisers) and 40 per cent chasing new business.<br><br>You will need to be smart, highly organised, confident and outgoing with outstanding telephone and research skills. We are looking to appoint to a key role in the teaching of our Journalism provision and, in particular, magazine journalism at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This exciting role will provide the opportunity to teach on our BA and MA Magazine Journalism programmes, which are both accredited by the NCTJ. You may also make contributions to BA Fashion Journalism, BA International Journalism, BA Sports Journalism, BA News Journalism and MA News Journalism.</p> <p>You must be educated to degree or equivalent, possess a relevant professional qualification or significant previous experience as a senior journalist and significant up to date experience of current magazine journalism practice.
